Is Ledgerstead accounting software?
No. The first scope is a financial-evidence and reconciliation layer that exports to the accounting system already in use.
Does it connect to bank accounts?
Not in the validation scope. Live bank feeds require regulated providers, security controls and support obligations that must be selected deliberately.
Will it categorize everything automatically?
No. The live pilot shows rule-based match confidence and rationale; uncertain items remain visible for a person to accept or reject.
Is there a working product?
Yes. A limited founding-pilot PWA is live at /app/ with private evidence capture, duplicate hints, transaction CSV import, explainable matching, decisions and export.
